Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Clinical Research Program Lead to oversee research initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage multi-site studies within pediatric care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to human subject research, biology, or similar discipline.
• Four (4) years of clinical research experience with expertise in operations, regulatory requirements, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic plans for clinical research programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Independently manage significant aspects of large complex research studies or multiple smaller studies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote collaboration to achieve study goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention of research participants with diverse populations.
• Provide guidance as subject matter expert on clinical research coordination and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and tools, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with investigators to define research objectives and deliverables.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and ensure projects meet time and budget constraints.
