Job summary
Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Clinical Practice Specialist to lead evidence-based nursing or behavioral health practice across the care continuum. The role focuses on consultation, education, and research to advance clinical excellence.

Qualifications
- Master of Science required; MS in nursing preferred for nursing specialty.
- Minimum five years of clinical and pediatric RN experience.
- Licenses and certifications include ACLS, BLS, RN and related clinical credentials.
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements evidence-based, cost-effective interventions for nursing or behavioral health practice.
- Leads interdisciplinary teams to review and implement evidence-based practice and research.
- Mentors staff; supports quality and safety initiatives through root cause analysis and outcome measurement.
- Develops population-specific programs reflecting patient and family needs and cultural values.
