Job summary

Shriner's Children’s Salt Lake City is seeking a Clinical Research Program Manager to oversee the local research program, ensure compliant study conduct, subject safety, and data integrity. You will lead day-to-day operations and coordinate with the Research Programs Office at SHC International Headquarters.

You’ll supervise CRCs, train staff, and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration while adhering to GCP and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research administration experience (without a Bachelor's)
• 3+ years in site/study management or IRB/federal regulation knowledge
• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the site’s research activities and program oversight.
• Coordinate with Research Programs on OnCore, audits, and regulatory issues.
• Train and support research staff with templates, policies, and guidelines to improve processes.
• Supervise clinical research coordinators and ensure safe, compliant study conduct.
• Ensure studies adhere to approved protocols and data quality standards.
• Perform data cleaning and prepare data for analysis.
