Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado's Clinical Research Program Lead oversees and coordinates research initiatives and major projects, guiding from inception to completion. The role ensures protocol adherence, data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration under PI leadership and in partnership with the PICU Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human subject research, biology, or similar discipline.
• At least four years of clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in clinical research.
• Equivalency: year-for-year substitution accepted.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of strategic plans for clinical research programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manages significant aspects of large complex research studies or multiple smaller studies.
• Leads cross-functional teams and promotes collaboration to achieve goals.
• Oversees recruitment and retention of research participants with diverse populations.
• Provides mentorship and ensures quality assurance and SOP adherence.
• Oversees data management, reporting, and site communication across locations.
