You will coordinate data, assist with regulatory submissions, and interact with patients and families for consent and visits while maintaining regulatory documentation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple studies.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree or at least 4 years relevant clinical research experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform study startup, implementation, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate and enter research data for studies.
• Assist with regulatory submissions to IRB and ensure GCP compliance.
• Interact with patients and families for consent, scheduling visits, and data collection.
• Maintain regulatory binder, adverse event reporting, and sponsor communications.
• Possible duties: phlebotomy, sample handling, ECGs, chart abstraction, or related tasks.
• Support staff career development and administrative duties.
