Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, OT, PT or other health care discipline required.
- Master's degree preferred in related field.
- Current unrestricted Vermont licensure in applicable clinical discipline.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for Family & Children's Supports clinical programs, including nursing, rehabilitation, and family support services.
- Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate clinical services, program effectiveness, client satisfaction, quality outcomes, and staff engagement.
- Manage referrals and clinical resource allocation to ensure timely access to services.
- Participate in budget planning and strategic program development.
