Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements staff education aligned to needs assessments and system goals.
• Supports staff to seek/maintain specialty certification and tracks progress.
• Reviews unit dashboards and leads improvement actions.
• Monitors quality data with operations manager and develops action plans.
• Leads inter-professional teams for unit-wide process improvement.
• Plans and evaluates safety learning activities and updates policies.
• Participates in staff evaluations related to clinical competence.
• Round on unit to coach and mentor staff.
• Identifies gaps in staff knowledge/skills and remediates.
• Participates in Staff RN Peer Review process.
