Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hospital/clinical pharmacy experience; supervisory experience not required.
• Active MO pharmacy license and MTMS certification in MO.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow, oversee technicians, interns, and volunteers ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and committees.
• Provide medication therapy expertise, evaluate medication orders, and document activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency in medication management.
