Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required with at least 2 years of experience.
• MO Medication Therapy Services and RPh licenses required.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred; 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork essential.
