Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy practice is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pharmaceutical care within designated patient care areas.
• Review medication orders for safety, effectiveness, and formulary compliance.
• Assess patient medication profiles for contraindications and adherence issues.
