Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, drug interactions, and medication management.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with sterile compounding and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescriptions and evaluate drug interactions.
• Counsel physicians, patients, and customers on medications and safety.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to pharmacy technicians.
• Coordinate medication dispensing and review patient profiles for compliance.
• Prepare sterile products including compounded, IV, and chemotherapeutic drugs using aseptic techniques.
• Assist in inventory management and suggest operational improvements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on drug therapy and formulary issues.
