Job summary

Driscoll Health System is seeking a Clinical Pathways Coordinator to drive development, review, and governance of pediatric clinical pathways. You will partner with physicians, nursing leaders, informatics, and quality teams to ensure pathways are current, measurable, and embedded in workflows.

You’ll manage document control, dashboards with Decision Support, and support continuous improvement across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains utmost level of confidentiality at all times.
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary clinical stakeholder groups to research, prioritize, develop, review, and publish Clinical Pathway products.
• Coordinates the lifecycle of Clinical Pathway products from initial development through approval, publication, scheduled review, revision, and retirement.
• Ensures Clinical Pathway products conform to applicable regulatory, accreditation, organizational, and best-practice requirements.
• Attends key stakeholder and governance meetings to support clinical discussion, incorporate feedback, and facilitate timely document edits and revisions.
• Prepares Clinical Pathway documents for formal review and approval processes, including converting content into standardized templates.
• Tracks documents from initial draft through final approval to ensure timely completion.
• Proofreads Clinical Pathway documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and conformity with organizational standards.
• Maintains the electronic document repository for all approved Clinical Pathway products.
• Organizes the Clinical Pathway site for intuitive access by staff.
• Provides guidance to staff in accessing and using Clinical Pathway documents and tools.
• Partners with Decision Support to develop and maintain dashboards supporting the Clinical Pathway Program.
