Job summary

Pathway Caring for Children seeks a Clinical Manager to lead its behavioral health services for children and families, providing supervision, program oversight, and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with licensed clinicians, peers, and community partners to deliver trauma-informed care, ensure quality, and drive staff development while maintaining patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio licensure required (LISW, LPCC, Supervisory designation or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to behavioral health clinicians and staff.
• Oversee daily operations of behavioral health programs and services.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Support organizational goals and population health initiatives.
