Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, scheduling and definition of project scope and budget for Organizational Development initiatives.
• Track progress and communicate status to ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and present to internal and external parties.
• Guide stakeholders through project timelines and deliverables; manage action items and follow-ups.
• Solicit and evaluate feedback to identify process improvements and service enhancements.
