Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the quality program for assigned departments with leadership.
• Conduct routine audits to monitor goals and action plans for improvement.
• Evaluate outcomes to improve care quality and adherence to CMS COPs.
• Lead quality meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and protocols.
• Assist in preparing documents for verification and surveys.
