Job summary

Driscoll Health System is seeking a Clinical Pathways Coordinator to support development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based pathways across the pediatric health system.

The role partners with physicians, nursing leaders, informatics, and quality teams to ensure pathways are current, measurable, and integrated into clinical workflows. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related healthcare experience, with strong organization and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–2 years related experience in pediatric, academic, or complex healthcare environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and non-clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lifecycle of Clinical Pathway products from development through approval, publication, review, revision, and retirement.
  • Prepare Clinical Pathway documents for formal review using standardized templates and collaborate with SMEs.
  • Maintain electronic document repository and ensure current versions are accessible online.
  • Track review deadlines, notify owners, and generate reports on workflow status and compliance.
  • Support governance meetings and provide dashboard data with Decision Support.
