Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. seeks an Administrative Coordinator/Clinic Coordinator in Antioch, CA to support daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient communications in a growing pediatric care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has at least two years in office administration, and demonstrates strong organization, multitasking, and teamwork. Healthcare experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Healthcare experience is a plus; Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and respond to emails.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and training for new staff.
• Maintain records, manage online documents, and ensure filing and reporting.
• Assist in managing staff caseloads and client appointments.
• Support the director and therapist team with day-to-day responsibilities and special projects.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including follow-up tasks.
• Provide backup support for the Clinic Coordinator and other administrative staff as needed.
