CommonSpirit Medical Group (Mountain Management Services) is seeking a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Highland Pediatrics to support patient flow and chart preparation, ensuring up-to-date information for visits in our clinic.

You will manage care for multiple patients, collect vital signs, administer injections, prepare records, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute hospital setting.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (GA)
• CPR/BLS certification within 14 days.

Responsabilités

• Performs basic nursing care following established standards.
• Collects vital signs and documents observations.
• Administers injections, routine tests, wound care, and dressings.
• Prepares patient records and medical forms in electronic or paper systems.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors treatment progress.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Highland Pediatrics , you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.

Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.

• Performs basic nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to specialty of the practice.
• Collects patient data such as vital signs; notes how the patient looks and acts, or responds to stimuli, and reports this information accordingly.
• Prepares and administers injections, performs routine tests, treats wounds, and changes bandages.
• Prepares patient records and files using established medical record forms/automated systems and documentation practices.
• Administers certain prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient response.

• Diploma Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing program required., upon hire and

Pay Range

$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
