More to Say, LLC is seeking a Clinic Concierge to welcome families and manage front-of-house operations in our pediatric clinic. You will greet patients, assist with arrivals, conduct tours, and support a calm, organized waiting room with engaging activities for children and siblings.

The role is part-time, Monday through Friday 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, offering a friendly, fast-paced healthcare environment and opportunities to contribute to a positive family experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide tours of the clinic for new families.
• Support the More to Say welcome program for new patients.
• Assist with check-in flow during busy clinic periods.
• Support patient departures and transitions between sessions.
• Provide directions and assistance throughout the clinic.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional lobby environment.
• Engage children and families in structured activities while maintaining a calm environment.
• Keep waiting area organized, clean, and stocked with supplies.
• Reset seating areas and activity stations after use.
• Plan and prepare developmentally appropriate activities and crafts.
• Assist with front desk during peak hours and coordinate with Patient Services.
