Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner for a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic in Culpeper, VA. You will lead clinical operations, build community relationships, and guide the clinic from concept to launch with Ivy Health’s infrastructure and executive mentorship.

You’ll oversee care across PT/OT/SLP licenses, recruit and mentor the team, and partner with Ivy Health to drive patient-focused outcomes while growing equity in the clinic’s success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending state licensure in the respective state is required.
• Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic’s clinical standards.
• Help select market, location, service mix, and patient experience for a start-up clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth and operations.
