Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bath, feed, etc.).
• Prepare rooms for admissions and set up equipment.
• Record intake and output, and monitor patient status.
• Perform vital signs and report abnormalities to the RN.
• Utilize electronic medical records to document care.
• Transport patients and assist with transitions between units.
• Communicate patient needs with other departments as directed by the RN.
