Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the pediatric department liaison between the clinic, students, families, schools, and health care providers.
• Blends front-office administration, clinical support, and care coordination to address student health needs.
• Participates in direct patient care activities including intake, vital signs, injections, and wound care.
• Manages calls and messages from patients, families, providers, and pharmacies.
• Coordinates orders and insurance authorizations with overseeing providers.
• Acts as primary contact for school-based care and supports patients, families, and caregivers.
