Responsibilities

• Acts as Pediatric Department liaison between the clinic, students, families, schools, and health care providers.
• Performs front-office administration, clinical support, and care coordination to address student health needs.
• Manages patient calls and messages to ensure timely responses to patient needs and treatments.
• Obtains prescriptions, medical equipment, and insurance authorizations as directed by the supervising provider.
• Supports care coordination, patient education, and transitions in care.
