Children's Mercy in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Nursing Care Manager to coordinate care from admission to discharge, collaborating with physicians, pharmacy, and care management to ensure safe and efficient patient flow.

Eligible candidates hold a BSN (3–5 years pediatric experience) or MSN (1–2 years), with MO/KS RN licensure (compact) within 90 days and certification in case management within 3 years. This is an on-site, full-time role offering competitive pay.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and 3–5 years of direct pediatric patient care experience preferred.
• MSN with 1–2 years of direct pediatric patient care experience preferred.
• Licensed RN in MO or KS or multistate compact license; MO/KS multistate license within 90 days of hire.
• American Case Management or equivalent within 1095 days of hire.
• Certified Case Manager or equivalent within 1095 days of hire.
• CPN Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians to monitor service utilization and bed status.
