Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree BSN with 3–5 years direct patient care and pediatric experience; EMR navigation preferred.
Master's Degree MSN with 1–2 years direct patient care and pediatric experience; EMR skills preferred.
RN license in MO or KS multistate; must obtain MO/KS license within 90 days.
Compact license for all states besides KS and MO; license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Critically evaluate operational and clinical factors affecting progression of care using advanced nursing process skills.
Collaborate with physicians to monitor utilization of services and bed status aligning with guidelines.
Transition management including discharge planning and communication to stakeholders.
Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
