Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse with a BSN for a floating role across pediatric ambulatory practices (GI, Endocrinology, Neurology, Hematology, Oncology, and General Practice). The position emphasizes clinical collaboration, patient-centered care, and educational program development to meet Joint Commission standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of nursing experience, Maryland RN licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience.
• Maryland RN license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Develop, implement, and present ongoing educational and patient care programs.
• Coordinate preceptors and provide clinical guidance to new personnel; serve as a preceptor when required.
• Oversee staff assignments and support as a clinical resource for nursing staff and physicians.
• Optimize patient flow and adherence to patient templates and care guidelines.
• Participate in divisional meetings and advisory committees and contribute to policy development.
