Dayton Children's is seeking a part-time Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the Float & Logistics department at the Main Campus. The 24-hour schedule supports nursing staff by assisting with patient care activities, monitoring vitals, and helping patients with daily living tasks while respecting confidentiality and safety policies.

You will work under supervision, communicate clearly with the care team, and participate in a patient- and family-centered environment.

Qualificações

• HSD/GED required.
• PCA training or experience or health care-related coursework ongoing.
• 1–2 years hospital STNA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist nurse with patient care activities including vital signs.
• Record intake/output and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety; report information as indicated.
