Job description

Pediatric Cardiologist with a focus on imaging. Perform inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology evaluations and testing, including interpretation of ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiography, and exercise stress testing in infants, children, and adolescents.

Highlights:

• Children's hospital is recruiting a pediatric cardiologist with a focus on imaging.
• The incoming physician will direct the cardiac CT/MRI service for pediatric and adult congenital heart disease patients.
• You will share inpatient consultative service as well as outpatient clinic and on-call responsibilities with other members of the Division.
• The incoming cardiologist may also participate in the fetal echocardiography center.
• You will participate in teaching medical students, residents, and (adult) cardiology fellows.
• There is a dedicated pediatric cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art biplane fluoroscopy and 3D electroanatomic mapping capabilities. Our primary CT unit is a Cannon/Toshiba Aquilon 80-slice, used for Cardiac CTA exams along with routine CT exams. Our current MRI unit is a GE 450W 1.5T, used for Cardiac Morphology and Flow Mapping procedures.
