Job Summary: Geisinger's Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist to join our team.

Job Duties

The ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible and be able to provide a full spectrum of general Pediatric Cardiology care. Special interests or skills are welcome.

Join an experienced team including Cardiologists, Surgeons, Intensivists, Neonatologists, and support staff performing imaging, surgeries, and interventional cardiac catheterizations. The pediatric Cardiology program is well established and vibrant.

Janet Weis Children's Hospital (JWCH), located on the Geisinger Medical Center campus in Danville, is the region's only dedicated 5-floor, 91-bed children's hospital with full-service hospitalist and intensive care services. JWCH's team of specialists provides care in over 30 pediatric specialties, including a 41-bed Level IV NICU and a 14-bed Level I PICU.

Our children's hospital offers exemplary care for children in central and northeast Pennsylvania. We have achieved top decile outcomes in pediatric critical care, trauma, and neonatal care, as well as national recognition for our Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Cystic Fibrosis programs.

In addition to Danville, Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Wilkes-Barre provides general pediatric and neonatal intensive care services in a 14-bed Level III NICU.
