Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis seeks a Clinical Ambulatory Manager for Pediatric Cardiology. The role combines clinical leadership with strategic planning to improve outcomes, safety, affordability, and patient experiences.

You will lead a 21-person team and partner with Riley Outpatient Center and other services, operating onsite a Monday–Friday day shift. The ideal candidate holds a BSN with RN licensure in Indiana, BLS, and leadership experience; MSN preferred and specialty nursing

Qualifications

Requires a BSN; MSN preferred.
Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
BLS certification required; other advanced life support may be required.
Prior nursing leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic vision and operational planning for the pediatric ambulatory unit.
Lead an inter-professional team to improve quality, safety and patient experiences.
Advocate for evidence-based nursing practice and professional standards.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and outcomes.
