Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Patient Navigator for Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. This role works with Hematologists/Oncologists, APNs, and the healthcare team to oversee and support pediatric patients and their families.

Care starts at initial consultation and continues through the treatment continuum. The Nurse must have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing.
• RN with at least 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric hematology/oncology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hematologist/Oncologists and APNs and the healthcare team to oversee and support pediatric patients and families.
• Guide patient care from initial consultation through the treatment continuum.
