Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Genetics/Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.

• Proficiency in Python or R and high-quality scientific writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent computational/AI research projects to identify targets for bispecific strategies in pediatric cancers.
• Develop AI/agent-based workflows for large-scale single-cell and spatial datasets.
• Nominate disease-selective antigens and combinations with strong therapeutic rationale.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists for validation studies and data interpretation.
