Responsibilities

• Lead independent computational/AI research projects identifying targets for pediatric cancer therapies.
• Develop AI/agent-based workflows integrating single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and genomic datasets.
• Nominate disease-selective cell-surface antigens and combinations with strong therapeutic rationale.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists for validation studies and interpretation of results.
• Produce publication-quality analyses, figures, and methods; contribute to study design.
• Lead manuscript preparation and respond to reviewer comments.
• Present findings at meetings and conferences.
• Mentor junior lab members and foster collaborative environment.
