Qualifications

• Two years experience in a clerical or business environment.
• Articulate and tactful in interactions with people.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing process and other applications as assigned.
• Perform collections calls and month end data entry.
• Prepare and process patient billing and provide receptionist backup.

Skills

Computer literacy in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

Effective communication skills

Ability to handle phone and in-person interactions tactfully
