Job summary

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Children’s Behavioral Health Manager to provide leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight for children’s behavioral health services across Mercy Care locations. This role supervises integrated programs and ensures trauma-informed, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and families.

The position requires Georgia licensure (LCSW/LPC or higher), several years of supervision experience, and a commitment to serving

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• Minimum 3 years in behavioral health or human services, including 2–3 years in leadership or supervision with children.
• Experience delivering direct behavioral health interventions and clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee children's behavioral health programs across Mercy Care locations.
• Supervise clinicians, therapists, case managers, and staff, including coaching and development.
• Ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-based care delivery.
• Manage intake, assessment, treatment planning, referrals, and care coordination.
• Monitor quality metrics, outcomes, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
