Job summary
105 Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3K Behavioral/Medical Observation unit. The RN will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care for pediatric and behavioral health patients, using evidence-based practices and CPI-informed safety protocols.
The position requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, and BLS. ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
- At least 6 months of RN experience; not a new graduate.
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety and therapeutic care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and maintain a safe patient environment, per standards.
