Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires licensure as a clinical mental health professional (e.g., LICSW or LCMHC) and appropriate Vermont credentials.
• Must have possessed an unencumbered license for no fewer than three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health, crisis intervention, and knowledge of community resources or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychological services in a primary care setting.
• Provide clinical oversight to a team of pediatric providers and interns; supervise licensure hours.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Agency regulations; participate in policy development and program planning.
• Participate in community outreach and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain productivity standards and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
