Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions seeks an experienced STAR Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the children’s sub-acute/Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for up to thirteen residents, aged 12 and under. The role ensures safe treatment, staff supervision, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

The Administrator reports to Executive Director and COO, coordinates with the Medical Director, and leads budgeting, credentialing, and crisis prevention initiatives to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health care related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in a health care related field with supervisory experience.
• Direct supervision of at least 15 employees is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality and safe treatment for residents in the PRTF.
• Supervise and train Assistant Administrator, Clinicians and staff.
• Develop, implement and follow facility policies meeting state requirements.
