Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a STAR Facility Administrator to oversee daily operations of a children’s sub-acute/Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) at STAR-Boardman. The role ensures high-quality and safe treatment, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a health care field, at least five years in a health care setting, and prior supervisory experience. A master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health care related field required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive health care experience.
• Direct supervision of at least 15 employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the children’s sub-acute/Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for up to 13 individuals.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure health care practices are followed.
• Train, supervise and evaluate staff; support crisis prevention across programs.
• Participate in seclusion and restraint processes as needed.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate client supervision and timely payroll accuracy.
• Maintain confidential personnel, client, and program records and compliance with regulations.
