Job summary

The Bradley Center seeks an Assistant Clinical Manager to lead a 24-bed residential unit serving children and adolescents. You will oversee treatment delivery and provide supervision to milieu staff, fostering a safe, therapeutic environment and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treatment services in a 24-bed residential unit
• Supervise and mentor milieu staff to support quality care and professional development
• Evaluate and strengthen the therapeutic milieu to ensure effective treatment outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
• Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate service
