Job summary

Kenneth Young Center is seeking a Manager of Pathways to Success to oversee a team of clinicians providing care coordination for Pathways enrolled children. The role includes clinical supervision, administrative leadership, and liaison duties across behavioral health, medical, and educational systems.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology with LCPC or LCSW licensure and a minimum of four years of clinical experience, including supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or psychology and LCPC/LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum four years of clinical treatment experience with children, adolescents or adults; intensive case management preferred.
• Two years of clinical and administrative supervision experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and clinical/administrative oversight for the Pathways to Success team.
• Supervise clinicians; ensure IM+CANS assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Act as liaison among treatment teams, medical staff, and outside providers; ensure care coordination.
• Develop staff performance plans, supervision, and training; manage unit budgeting and reporting.
