Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Osceola, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children. You will deliver ABA therapy under supervision, ensure timely billing, and update the EMR while coordinating with the Client Advocate and Supervisor.

Applicants need HS diploma or GED, 1 year of child-related experience, reliable transportation, and completion of 40-hour RBT training with willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics. Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.
