Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics in Osceola, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will learn to implement ABA techniques, support skill acquisition, and behavior modification in a hands-on, structured program.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older with HS diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially neuro-divergent.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation to the assignment site.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training; willing to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Follow the behavior treatment plan under supervision.
• Submit billing timely and support documentation.
• Update availability in EMR and communicate with Client Advocate.
• Maintain BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as required.
