Job summary

Powerback is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role includes accurate documentation and timely billing, with scheduling aligned to evening hours in Washington, MO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with neuro‑divergent children.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40‑hour RBT training; Powerback provides training if needed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Submit billing and document services rendered accurately.
• Update availability in the EMR and relay changes to Client Advocate.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Follow BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as required.
