Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in Osceola, MO. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to help children acquire new skills and modify behaviors, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role requires 18+ years old with a HS Diploma or GED, plus 1 year of experience with children. Training provided if needed, and opportunities for visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

  • 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
  • Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
  • Minimum 1 year working with children.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics. Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

  • Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
  • Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
  • Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
  • Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
  • Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.

Posted Salary Range
