Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under supervision. You will follow the behavior plan, document services, and coordinate with stakeholders to support progress.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience, and 40-hour RBT training; willingness to obtain RBT certification is required. Part-time, in St. Louis, MO with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour RBT training; willingness to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under supervision.
• Follow behavior treatment plans and supervisee guidance.
• Document services and update availability in the EMR system.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor regularly.
• Adhere to BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as required.
