Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
- BCBA certification or candidate in process.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership and clinical assessment skills.
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and classroom leadership for children and adolescents with brain injuries and neurobehavioral disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and assessments using ABA.
- Train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with a team of BCBAs for mentorship, consultation and growth.
