Milestone Therapy in Bradley, Illinois is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a pediatric ABA team and deliver high-quality services. You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs, and ensure effective implementation of individualized care plans.

Join a therapist-led clinic focused on balance, collaboration, and real-world impact for families. Occasional Saturday availability is required to support our families.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Pediatric or clinic ABA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for helping kids thrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
• Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient.
• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
