Job summary

Milestone Therapy, LLC in Bradley, Illinois, is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose and support a team of RBTs providing top-quality ABA services to children and families. Occasional Saturday availability is needed to support our families.

You will conduct FBAs, develop plans of care, supervise RBTs, ensure fidelity, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and document accurately and ethically.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Pediatric or clinic ABA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for helping kids thrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop personalized plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands‑on guidance.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
• Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient.
• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real‑world skill generalization.
