Job summary

Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric ABA team at the Bloomington center. The BCBA will oversee therapy plans, supervise apprentices, and collaborate with families to build functional skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, interdisciplinary collaboration, and delivering evidence-based ABA services in outpatient and home/community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification with active licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering ABA services to children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to treatment teams.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
• Coordinate with families and care teams to implement programs.
